This article on Turnbull & Asser spends time talking about the factory conditions and the tremendous loyalty of the workers who make the legendary shirts (https://therake.com/stories/craft/turnbull-asser-british-shirtmaker/). The company is also a contender for top of the list. Cucinelli remains the benchmark (see V&R Chapter 5 for why) but my last few posts have mentioned a few other companies very worthy of note.
